Today’s post features my kittens. They are too cute not to photograph.
Since I’ve been to blue to go out exploring in the recent cold weather and take photos I will once again post a kitten photo I took indoors today to show I feel.
Today’s post of the day features photos I took today with my new Canon 6D. Basically took practice shots with my 50mm lens and in monochrome.
For my post a day I will be posting these little beauties. I was organizing my closet and found an old Sigma macro lens I don’t use. I stopped using it because it kept giving error messages when I tried using it on my Canon. So I thought I would try to use it to see if my Canon would let me take pictures with it.
This was the results…

This is a random stray cat I found hanging around in my yard. It was just sitting there sniffing the air. Very cute. Had to snap a few pictures of it.
So obviously you can see that I have a serious problem with cat hoarding. I would save and rescue all the stray cats that run around Southern Texas. These four are a handful. They are only 6 months old and they are always rowdy….except when it’s nap time of course.
I happened to walk into the bedroom and they were all cuddling together in a catpile. Sad news is that life is changing in our household and having 4 kittens is hard. I don’t want to split these babies up and send them all to new homes. I am hoping we do not have to do this.
Each one has their own quirky personality. It’s amazing watching these little angels play, fight and explore. These curious little faces have stolen my heart.
So for these reasons I take a picture because it lasts longer.
